Small pharmaceutical communications and publishing company with multiple print and online products is looking for a Multi-Media Project Manager to join our growing staff. This position plays a central role in the Production Department and will manage the creation and ongoing production administration of our educational programs, responsible for leading overall content development, maintaining budget, and meeting all production deadlines. The management of design projects is another main responsibility for this role, stewarding projects from start to finish, including acting as a liaison between the Marketing and Design Departments and working with vendors to ensure final production and shipping.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Work directly with authors and external contacts coordinating content development process

- Work directly with Design Team and Marketing Team, to create sales and marketing pieces

- Work directly with Publication Layout Team to format publications for print

- Ensure all projects are routed, reviewed, completed and reconciled with deadlines

- Ensure the quality control, budgets and schedules of projects

- Coordinate multiple projects occurring simultaneously with varying timelines

- Provide continuous updates on project status and timelines on a daily/weekly basis (verbal/written)

- Minimum of 3 years experience in print/multi-media production/agency environment

- Demonstrated experience in project management related to content development for publications and print production, with knowledge of budget and timeline planning and preparation

- Demonstrated experience in the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of outside contractors and vendors

- Demonstrated expertise working in a highly collaborative environment as a project leader
